Dr. Murilo Neves

Dr. Murilo Neves is excited to join Foundations Orthodontics in Rome, Ga. With over 10 years of experience in orthodontics, he’s passionate about creating beautiful smiles and building strong relationships with his patients. Dr. Neves brings a unique background to the team, having worked as a researcher, general dentist, orthodontist, and professor. He’s published over 30 research articles, including a book on orthodontics, and has presented his findings at events across Brazil and the United States.

Originally from Belem, Brazil, Dr. Neves grew up in a family of healthcare professionals—his parents are doctors, and his sister is a dentist. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Southern California, after completing his dental education in Brazil.

When he’s not making an impact in the office, Dr. Neves enjoys spending time with his family and continuing to learn and grow in the field of orthodontics. He’s fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish and is always excited to meet new patients and help them on their journey to a better smile!
