Overview
We look forward to meeting you at your first visit to our office. During this time, we will help you get acquainted with our office and learn about your orthodontic treatment options. We understand that each patient’s orthodontic treatment is different, and we promise to give you the personal attention you deserve.
Evaluation
Preparing for your first appointment
Your first visit with Dr. Bennett will typically take 60 to 90 minutes. We must take enough time to collect good records and develop a treatment plan that everyone is comfortable with.
On the day of your appointment, it’s also important to bring your insurance card along with the completed Privacy Policy. If you do not have access to a printer, we will provide this form for you in the office.
Note: If you have any issues with our online Adult or Child/Teen New Patient Forms that will be sent to you prior to your appointment, you may download these forms in PDF format to print out, complete, and bring with you to your appointment:
